Organic chemistry is the chemistry of carbon together with few other elements like hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen, sulphur etc. with exceptions of trioxocarbonates, hydrogen trioxocarbonates, carbides and oxides of carbons which are inorganic.
Organic chemistry is the branch of chemistry that studies the structure, properties, composition, reactions, and preparation of carbon-containing compounds. Most of these compounds also contain hydrogen, and they may include other elements like oxygen, nitrogen, halogens, phosphorus, or sulfur.
