Immediately after a successful payment, your book is available for download from your Order History page (/orders). You will also receive a confirmation email with a download link.

There is no device limit. You can download and read your purchased books on your phone, tablet, laptop — as many devices as you need.

Courses & Lessons
Our courses cover the Nigerian secondary school curriculum (JSS1–SS3). Each course is broken into chapters and lessons — some are text-based, others include diagrams, worked examples, and multimedia content. Courses are not exclusively video.
Visit the course page, click "Enrol Now", and complete the checkout. Once payment is confirmed, the course is immediately added to your student dashboard under My Courses.
Some courses have a free preview available without registration. A number of courses are also completely free. Look for the FREE badge on the courses page.
Your progress is automatically saved as you complete lessons. Visit your Student Dashboard → My Courses to see your progress per course and resume exactly where you left off.
Yes! When you complete all lessons in a course, a Certificate of Completion is automatically generated with your name, the course title, and a unique certificate ID. You can print it or save it as a PDF.
Yes. Purchased courses are permanently linked to your account — you can revisit lessons anytime.
A textbook is a downloadable PDF you purchase once and keep. A course is structured learning content — chapters, lessons, and assessments — accessed through your student dashboard online.
Subscriptions
A subscription gives you unlimited access to all books on the platform for the duration of your plan — no per-book payments needed. It is the best value if you need multiple textbooks.

No — the subscription covers books only. Courses are purchased separately per course. This lets you choose exactly which courses you need without paying for ones you don't.
No. Subscriptions on PrimacyEbooks do not auto-renew. You only pay when you choose to subscribe or extend. There are no surprise charges.
Because subscriptions don't auto-renew, there is nothing to "cancel" — simply don't renew when your plan expires. Your access continues until the end of the paid period.
When your plan expires, your access to subscription-only books ends. Books you purchased outright (non-subscription) remain in your account permanently. You can renew at any time from your dashboard.
Yes. You can subscribe to a new plan at any time. Contact support at 08030936684 if you need help upgrading and want credit for unused days.
Payments & Pricing
We accept payments via Paystack and Flutterwave — both support debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Verve), bank transfer, and USSD. All transactions are in Nigerian Naira (₦).
Yes. All payments are processed by Paystack and Flutterwave — PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways trusted by thousands of Nigerian businesses. We never store your card details.
First, check your Order History — your purchase should appear there. If it doesn't, wait 5 minutes and refresh. If still missing, contact us at 08030936684 or support@primacyebooks.com with your payment reference number and we will resolve it immediately.
Yes. A receipt is emailed to you automatically after every successful payment. You can also view and download receipts from your Order History page at any time.
Yes! We run promotional discounts regularly. If you have a coupon code, enter it at checkout before completing payment. Follow our social media pages to get discount announcements.
Common reasons: insufficient funds, card not enabled for online payments, or a network timeout. Try a different card or payment method. If money was debited but you didn't get access, contact us immediately with your transaction reference.
Account & Registration
Yes — a free account is required to purchase books and courses, track your orders, and download content. Registration is free and takes less than a minute.
Click Register at the top of any page. Enter your name, email and a password. We'll send a verification email — click the link to activate your account.
Check your spam/junk folder first. If it's not there, go to the Verify Account page and click "Resend verification email". Still no luck? Contact us at support@primacyebooks.com.
Go to Forgot Password, enter your email address, and we'll send a reset link. The link expires after 1 hour for security. After resetting, you can log in with your new password.
Yes. Go to your Profile page and update your email. A verification email will be sent to the new address to confirm the change.
Contact us at support@primacyebooks.com to request account deletion. We will remove your personal data within 7 business days. Note: deleted accounts cannot be recovered.
Downloads & Access
Go to Order History, find the order, and click the Download button next to the book. The PDF will download directly to your device.
There is no download limit. You can re-download a purchased book as many times as you need — useful if you change devices.
Make sure you have a PDF reader installed (Adobe Acrobat, Foxit, or your phone's built-in reader). If the file downloaded but won't open, try re-downloading it. If the problem persists, contact support.
Printing depends on the PDF permissions set by the publisher. Most books on our platform allow printing. Open the PDF in Adobe Acrobat and use File → Print.
This usually means your session has expired. Log in again and try the download from your Order History. If you have a subscription that has expired, you'll need to renew to access subscription books.
Technical Issues
Try refreshing the page (Ctrl+R / Cmd+R). If the site is still down, check your internet connection. You can also reach us on WhatsApp at 08030936684 — we'll let you know if there is a known outage.
Try clearing your browser cache (Settings → Clear Browsing Data). Using a modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge) also helps. On mobile, a poor network signal can slow things down — try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data.
