Due to the nature of digital products, ebook purchases are non-refundable once downloaded. If you experience a technical issue preventing download, contact us within 7 days and we will assist.
You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have completed less than 10% of the course content. Refunds will not be granted if a significant portion of the course has been consumed.
Email us at support@primacyebooks.com with your order number and reason for the refund. We aim to process all valid requests within 5-10 business days.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.
Refunds will not be issued for: dissatisfaction with content quality (subjective); failure to read course descriptions before purchase; or purchases made more than 7 days ago.
We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.
