Alloys of Metals
An alloy is the mixture of two or more metals to form a new metal. There are two types of alloys, namely ferrous and non-ferrous alloys.
- Ferrous alloys: Ferrous alloys are the mixtures of two or more ferrous metals. Example include carbon + steel + tungsten = high speed steel.
